About

Built to close the gap between plan and delivery

Greywolf started because too many good campaigns died in handover. A strategy deck would land, an agency would build something adjacent to it, and a staffing vendor would put people on the ground who had never read either.

We put all four functions — marketing, advertising, manpower and consulting — under one roof so the same team that writes the plan is accountable for what happens on the floor. It makes us harder to hire for a single narrow task, and considerably more useful for everything else.

One brief, one team

Strategy, creative and staffing are planned together, so nothing gets lost in translation between vendors.

Measured commercially

We report against pipeline, footfall and conversion — not impressions and reach.

Our own people

Field teams are recruited, trained and managed in-house. No subcontracting the last mile.
